Diver-_Kelli-reflection

Charlie, you were pushing my wheelchair when I photographed the diver, I think.

I had no idea that Mom was standing behind me until I saw the photo!

It was so dark in there that I could hardly see through the camera viewfinder.

There were some fairly long sharks who swam by this diver.

EEEK!

I was particularly interested in the group of pregnant seahorses.

The photos aren’t very good since I was twisting around in that cussed chair!

Chuckle…

I should have been walking!

Remember, Mom pushed you in the wheelchair when we left the water park.

By that time, I had discovered my legs and pushed the wheelchair myself.

I laughed about that wheelchair silliness!

  1. These are wonderful photographs, George! I visited our aquarium in Atlanta not long ago and had the most challenging time with the light and the reflections. Those obstacles didn’t stop you one bit…you never cease to amaze!

  2. Great aquarium shots. Love the reflections. No flash. The glass is a killer. I can only say that diving now fulfills the fantasy of getting into the tank every time I visited an aquarium.

  3. Fabulous photos, George! That first one is a lot of fun. πŸ˜€ The anemones, the coral fan, and then of course the cute little seahorses are my favourites. πŸ™‚

  4. Damn I can’t find anything wrong with these photos… in fact I tried it myself without flash and tripod and it was a total disaster… you are freaky good with that camera of yours and I would love to know how you did that…

  5. George, these are good memories, its good to record them – we too easily forget and let go of events. I hope you’re content and happy, my dear. Adrian xxx

    • I keep the flash turned off. It was very dark. One whole wall of the winding walkway is glass! It’s a very interesting place. There is light in the water, but not a lot! Charlie rolled me along too fast and I was sitting down and having to twist around this way and that, so the photos aren’t good. I finally came to my senses and walked after we left the aquarium. I don’t know how people adjust to life in a wheelchair. That would be awful. Especially for people like me who are accustomed to doing their thing solo… Chuckle…
